Delivery charges:
The following delivery charges apply for deliveries within Europe:
For surf-, snow- en wakeboards always 15,- Euro unless the total value of your order is more than 100,- Euro (then delivery charges do not apply).
We send most items via TNT post. Charges as stated in our order system are valid for this shipping method (as before, orders totalling 100,- Euro or more will be sent by us free of charge).
Ordering process for all countries outside Europe
Shipping costs for all boards (surf-, wake-, snow-, skate-) is 50,-€ per total order.
Shipping costs for any other item(s) is 25,-€ per total order.
A combination of a board with any other item(s) is 50,-€.
The process itself is simple;
-Create an account
-Order your stuff
-Check out
-Choose ´Store Pickup´ as shipping method (0,-€) if your order has a total order value of less then 100,-€ and click on ´Continue´ (if your order has an order value of more then 100,-, no shipping charges will apear)
-In the ´Payment Information´ field choose ´PayPal´ or ´Multisafepay´ as payment method and click on ´Continue´
-Confirm your order
-Add the appropriate shipping costs to the total order value and pay your order
Examples
You live in the US and you order a board (250,-€) and bindings (179,-).
So total order value is 429,-€. Add 50,-€ for shipping, and pay the total amount of 479,-€.
You live in Japan and you order a helmet (69,-€).
So total order value is 69,-€. Add 25,-€ for shipping, and pay the total amount of 94,-€
Note: Paypal will always add 3,5% automatically to the total order value (mandatory PayPal charges).
Orders with a total order amount of 500,-€ and more are free of shipping charges.
(and then of course you don´t add any shipping charges)
Delivery times:
We ship orders by TNT Post or by courier service (courier service: all surf-, snow- and wakeboard orders).
Expected delivery times:
# 2-5 days: Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany, France
# 3-6 days: England, Italy, Sweden, Switserland
# 4-12 days: other countries within Europe, USA, Canada
# 5-20 days: other countries outside Europe
Note: delivery times contignent on clearing customs !
International orders may be subject to tariffs, customs duties, and associated assessments.
Inquire locally. These fees may include Import Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser.
The shipping charge by Boardfun.nl does NOT include any of these fees. You will normally be charged customs fees by the company that delivers the package if they apply.
Please be aware that customers are liable for return shipping costs on packages that are sent back to us due to tariffs and customs fees.
