It is possible to collect items at BoardFun by appointment. Customers order items online,
whereby the customer can state (in ´Comments with your order´) that the order will be collected.
Customers will then be informed of the lead time. When the item is available the Customer will
receive a confirmation by e-mail. Collections can only take place
by appointment, Monday - Friday, 6pm-11pm and Saturday/Sunday, 9am-10pm. The collection location is Amsterdam (Mezquitalaan 20).
Shipping:
Items are sent via TNT Post or courier service (in the case of a surf/snow/wakeboard).
Tariffs stated on the website apply for delivery by TNT post.
For orders outside the Netherlands we calculate tariffs as described in
´International Orders´.
For security reasons we do not send orders to PO boxes.
We do not charge any delivery fee for orders of 100,- Euro or more (within Europe).
Delivered items remain the property of BoardFun until all payments have been received.
As soon as the Customer receives the items, complete responsibility for these goods,
and all related actions, becomes the responsibility of the Customer.
Lead time:
Stated lead times must not be considered as absolute unless this has been explicitly
agreed otherwise. BoardFun.nl shall, within reason, do all it can to ensure delivery at or
within the agreed lead time. As soon as BoardFun.nl has knowledge of facts and/or circumstances
which may make delivery impossible at or within the agreed lead time, BoardFun.nl will inform the
Customer as soon as possible and will provide a new estimated lead time. If BoardFun.nl cannot
comply, as previously described, for a period of more than thirty (30) days, then the Customer is
entitled to cancel the agreement, unless this has been explicitly agreed otherwise.
Backorders:
Items ordered will be put on backorder if, unexpectedly, the item ordered is not in stock.
Items which are given backorder status will be sent as soon as they come in.
